Very Narrow Aisle Optimization

At Amazon, traditional non-sort (TNS) Fulfillment Centers utilize associate-operated order pickers to process inventory within wide and very narrow aisles. This project focuses on improving the cycle time for order picking within very narrow aisles (VNA) and explores opportunities such as combination tasking, protocol robustness, and automation.
