Vertiv is a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, serving data centers, communication networks, and industrial environments across more than 130 countries. As hyperscale data center demand accelerates, Vertiv Americas Services is experiencing rapid growth that has outpaced its existing resource planning processes. This project will develop a resource demand planning model for field service operations, focusing on commissioning of data center equipment across North America, and deliver process improvement recommendations that help the organization scale without sacrificing service quality.
