This project focuses on improving indirect procurement within Tenneco Inc. by analyzing fragmented ERP data across the North American ICE-CO division. The team will develop a central spend “heat map” and evaluate cost-saving initiatives from the Wave database to drive high-impact financial savings opportunities. By combining data-driven analysis with stakeholder collaboration, the team aims to deliver actionable recommendations with quantified financial impact.
