Supply Standardization in Procedure Rooms

A lack of standardization for certain supplies within Mayo Clinic's Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (Cath Lab) and Heart Rhythm Services (HRS) divisions resulted in high supply cost variation among physicians. The Tauber team was tasked with establishing procedure-specific supply case cart formularies for the majority of procedures in Heart Rhythm and Cath Labs, minimizing cost while maintaining quality and meeting stakeholder requirements.
