Standardizing Operations for Maintenance and Modification
Boeing Global Services (BGS) offers repair and maintenance services to commercial and government clients across the globe.
This project seeks to standardize workflows and create dashboards for information required by front-line leadership to manage work across all BGS sites. Through standardization and visualization, a shared understanding will be created across the organization, allowing management to adjust daily work requirements to provide world-class service and reinforce Boeing's position as an enduring global industrial champion.
