Optimizing Working Capital And Network Design
With supply chains playing a critical role in today's economy, the demands on commercial transportation are higher than ever. Howmet Wheel Systems is undergoing significant growth and desires to optimize its working capital investment and supply chain network structure.
This project aims to reduce working capital by $20M and streamline the flow of wheels from international and domestic manufacturing locations to HWS customers.
