Modeling Technology Transition
The 2022 Tauber team was tasked with developing a model that defines, describes, and supports the prediction of successful technology transition. This will help NCMS capture and leverage the knowledge of experts in technology transition – internal and external – in a way that supports its strategic objectives and diversifies its sources of value.
