Tauber students will collaborate with Mayo Clinic’s Inspirity Health Partners and Boone Health to optimize pharmaceutical supply chain operations. The project will focus on addressing drug shortages and improving sourcing, inventory, and operational efficiency through data-driven insights and an integrated operating model.
