partnered with the Tauber Institute and launched a project initiative to evaluate its supplier
communication process and is seeking to improve. This initiative, based at KLA's Ann Arbor, Michigan
site, aims to identify solution(s) that can provide effective, quick and reliable flow of communication
between KLA and its supply chain
