Gopuff Network Design

Gopuff currently has 3 distribution centers in the US as well as several third party distributors. Because Gopuff is looking to increase internal distribution and create a flexible long term strategy, the Tauber Team will be analyzing the current distribution network using software to create an optimal network topology.
