Establishing a Composite Center of Excellence
The Boeing Composites Tauber Team was charged to assess the business case for potential manufacturing capacity relocation. Additionally, the team conducted value stream analysis, plant layout development, flow redesign, cutting edge composite manufacturing technology implementation, and kaizen improvements at the Boeing Mesa, AZ site.
