Eaton Corporation

Eaton's Jackson, MI aerospace facility manufactures hydraulic, fuel, and thermal management conveyance products for top defense and commercial aviation customers in a high-mix, low-volume environment. Taking a fresh-eyes approach, the Tauber team will evaluate Eaton's "Plan for Every Part" (PFEP) framework, benchmarking industry best practices to optimize material classifications and replenishment strategies. The team will then develop and pilot the updated framework on a selected product line, with the goal of driving flow within manufacturing, improving customer on-time delivery, and maintaining balanced inventory management.
