The KC-46 Tanker Production System Optimization project is a collaboration with Boeing's production team in Everett, Washington, focused on improving the efficiency of the KC-46 aerial refueling tanker production line. The team will conduct a data-driven analysis of production flow, disruptions, rework, and cost drivers to identify actionable improvements, with key targets including a reduction in rework and achieving flow and unit time goals across all production areas. Findings will be delivered through prioritized recommendations, a value stream mapping exercise, and an implementation roadmap for Boeing leadership.
