Senneca Holdings is a diversified specialty door manufacturer with seven major production facilities throughout the United States.  This role is specific to our facility in Redmond, Oregon, which rotationally molds and assembles double acting traffic doors and extrudes PVC roll goods and assembles PVC strip doors.  We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Manager with a strong background in Lean Manufacturing principles. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all aspects of the production process, ensuring 1) the protection of our people – safety and morale, 2) the protection of our customer – quality and delivery, and 3) the protection of our business – productivity.  The Production Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations, and will have six direct reports with ultimate responsibility of ~80 direct labor employees.  Redmond, OR is 20 minutes from Bend, OR, and 3 hours from Portland, OR.
