• You benefit from an 18–24-month trainee program that is tailored to your personal needs
• You are involved in international and challenging project assignments in various positions in the Product Management department.
• You will also gain insights into other departments and complete at least one stay abroad in Mexico.
  You will get to know our business areas from different perspectives - especially with a focus on strategic initiatives as well as the analysis of all relevant external and internal factors to derive product strategies and measures, covering the full product lifecycle.
  As a member of the trainee community, you will use a wide range of training opportunities, participate in networking events and build up your personal network in the long term
  The focus is on your professional and personal development is in our focus. Our mentoring, the regular exchange with your contacts in the functional departments and personnel development will support you in your long-term success
   

Your Experience & Qualifications
 

• You have an above average Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or technical business administration, with practical experience through relevant internships or co-op’s, for example in product management, purchasing or consulting, or you have a bachelor’s degree with 3 years of practical relevant work experience in product management, purchasing or consulting
  You are business fluent in English and ideally speak another foreign language.
  A holistic entrepreneurial mindset and pronounced hands-on mentality are among your core competencies
  Strong communication skills, teamwork and persuasiveness coupled with high motivation and change mindset complete your profile
