A Tauber team evaluated 3M’s safety eyewear portfolio and supply chain to improve profitability and customer service. The team analyzed product and supplier performance and simulated alternative supply chain configurations. Recommendations included consolidating products and suppliers, strengthening supplier collaboration, and tailoring sourcing strategies to reduce inventory and costs while improving responsiveness.
