A Tauber team helped Boeing design information flows for its new 777X Composite Wing Center. Through employee interviews, facility visits, and benchmarking, the team identified and prioritized production performance indicators for real-time and historical reporting. Its recommendations supported faster decisions, better visibility into bottlenecks, and more effective coordination across the smart factory.
