Navitas Systems produces commercial lithium forklift batteries, but current manual planning processes and system limitations create challenges in operational visibility and product costing. To address this, the Tauber team will work to enhance shop floor tracking and develop a production dashboard that helps guide optimal inventory allocation for each product. These efforts aim to improve the accuracy of product costing, streamline planning routines, and build a foundational framework that can support future product lines.
