A Tauber team researched Amazon’s distribution processes across North America to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. The team combined transactional data and other information from across the business to uncover patterns, then reviewed daily operations and existing practices. Its analysis supported improvements to distribution processes and Amazon’s commitment to customer service.
