A Tauber team worked with Amazon’s quality organization to reduce stow errors at its robotics fulfillment center in Ruskin, Florida. Using Six Sigma analysis, the team identified barcode, quantity, and location errors, then piloted process changes that reduced reliance on manual inputs. The improvements supported more accurate inventory and higher stow productivity.
