Len Middleton is a Teaching Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business. A Tauber Institute co-advisor since 2002, he received the Tauber Trailblazer Award in recognition of his service to the Institute. In 2025, he launched Tauber’s Second Stage program, which supports established startups in scaling to the next level. He brings deep operational expertise and executive leadership experience, and remains active in the entrepreneurial community as an advisor, investor, and board member. Outside of work, Len is also a gentleman farmer.
