KROMATID: Second Stage

KROMATID is a biotechnology company providing genomic integrity analysis services for cell and gene therapy applications. As the company transitions to a service and consulting-driven model, it faces challenges with fragmented systems, inconsistent workflows, and limited project visibility. This project will map KROMATID’s end-to-end service delivery process and develop standardized workflows, reporting structures, and system recommendations to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
