The Tauber Institute reaches far beyond the University of Michigan campus, not only through the institute's annual team projects at top companies around the globe, but also through its ever-broadening network of alumni.

On March 12th, the Tauber Student Advisory Board (SAB) presented an Industry/Career Panel to help connect current students with Tauber alumni. The interactive session encouraged students to learn more about alumni, their Tauber experience, and emerging trends in operations and technology.

The live-streamed panel featured four alumni who could speak to the impact their Tauber education has had on their careers within the decade following graduation:

• Rohit Panchanadikar, who graduated from Michigan with his Masters in Industrial and Operations Engineering (2009). He later received his MBA from Kellogg School of Management. He is presently a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company.
• Ozgun Ataman, a Tauber alumnus who graduated in 2007. After spending 3 years at A.T.Kearney, he founded Soostone, a specialized technology company that combines innovative software with data science to provide high-impact solutions to a diverse corporate clientele.
• Crosby Steiner, a Tauber IOE Alumnus who graduated in 2014. With 2.5 years of consulting experience at Deloitte, he is presently Associate Strategy Manager in Global Product Innovations team at Starbucks.
• Judy Xu, a Senior Consultant at Deloitte. She graduated from Michigan with her Masters in IOE and Supply Chain Management (2014). Her team won Tauber's 2013 Spotlight! Team Project Competition.
