This year’s theme, Future-Focused Leadership: Innovation in Operations, centers on how operations are changing in an increasingly AI-driven environment. Events will focus on practical applications of innovation in operations, including AI integration, data-driven infrastructure, and what future operational leaders need to be prepared for as technology reshapes how organizations operate and make decisions.
