Interested in learning about operations in Technology, Healthcare, Sports, and Energy Delivery? Join the Global Operations Conference, hosted by the Tauber Institute, on December 2nd from 9am-3:30pm at Ross School of Business. 

The conference brings together leaders in industry and academia to explore the impact of effective operations in industries outside of the traditional manufacturing realm: Technology, Healthcare, Sports and Entertainment, and Sustainable Energy. Learn from forward-thinking panels discussing real-world strategies, as well as a keynote address from Donna Warton, Microsoft Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Windows + Devices Supply Chain & Sustainability.   

In addition to the keynote speaker, there will be two panels and a speaker: 

  • 10–11 a.m. Healthcare Panel: Digital Transformation of Supply Chain, Staffing, Scheduling, and Patient Flow (Mayo Clinic, Firefly Health, Henry Ford Health, Michigan Medicine, and Health Industry Advisor LLC)
  • 1:15–12:15 p.m. Sports & Entertainment Presentation: Operational Considerations for Building Sports/Entertainment Venues (Rossetti Group)
  • 1:15–2:15 p.m. Energy Panel: Operational Challenges in the Era of Energy Transition (DTE, Consumers Energy, McKinsey, Form Energy)
  • 2:30–3:30 p.m. Keynote with Microsoft and Raffle
