Asli Aka at 2019 SPOTLIGHT!

Dear friends and fellow alumni, 

The new year is a time of new opportunities. I am writing to let you know I will be leaving my position with the Tauber Institute to accept an exciting new opportunity with Strategy Engineers Consulting. 

As many of you know, my background is in consulting for the future of mobility, renewable energy and operations – and I am looking forward to examining issues of sustainability through consulting projects again. My last day working for the institute will be Friday January 28, but as an enthusiastic supporter of Tauber projects and programs, I know my involvement will continue through the years ahead.

As an alumna of the Tauber Institute, it has been a great experience to lend my industry knowledge to the role of Associate Director of the program. Being able to support the institute during an unprecedented pandemic was truly rewarding for me. I leave with the utmost confidence in the dedicated institute Co-Directors and Staff who have guided the institute through these difficult times. 

I would also like to invite you to become more involved with Tauber. It is a fantastic opportunity to give back! Would you like to join the Tauber Alumni Board? Would you consider taking a break from your career to work at the institute for a few years? Or do you have another brilliant idea to support the program?
