Nigel Berry
Assistant Director, Tauber Student Programs & Administration
Nigel joined the Tauber Institute for Global Operations in 2024 as Assistant Director of Student Programs & Administration. In addition to fifteen years of executive leadership experience, he brings a diverse work background in nonprofit management, youth advocacy, and human resources across a variety of industries including healthcare and technology (SaaS).
Nigel is an alumni of Eastern Michigan University with a Master's Degree in Public Administration (MPA). Additionally, he holds certifications in human resources from Michigan State University (CHRS) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). He is passionate about personal and professional growth in all stages of life, and developing student leaders is among his greatest joys. Nigel's hobbies include cooking, ultrarunning, and amateur watch repair. A native Hoosier, his first job was milking dairy cows in Indiana.
