Nigel Berry
Assistant Director, Tauber Student Programs & Administration
Nigel joined the Tauber Institute for Global Operations in 2024 as Assistant Director of Student Programs & Administration. In addition to fifteen years of executive leadership experience, he brings a diverse work background in nonprofit management, youth advocacy, and technology. Before joining the Tauber Institute's team, he built and led a human resources department for a local SAAS company.
Nigel is an MPA student at Eastern Michigan University with a program emphasis on Nonprofit Leadership. In addition, he holds HR certifications from Michigan State University (CHRS) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). He is passionate about personal and professional growth in all stages of life and spending time with students is among his greatest joys. His first job was milking dairy cows in Indiana.
