Tauber Liaison: Mary Crosby
The Tauber team is partnering with American Industrial Partners and SERVA Group, an oilfield manufacturing company and oil services company. SERVA has grown through acquisition, and as a result is facing redundant inventory and inconsistent part numbering. This project focuses on optimizing inventory by implementing a new part numbering system, which will reduce working capital, enhance data integrity, eliminate excess inventory, and enhance margin visibility. To ensure longevity and alignment with a new ERP implementation, the new part numbering system will also be accompanied by strong governance frameworks and new protocols for part creation, approval and obsolescence.
