The Tauber team was asked to adapt ROC Intel — a proven AI-powered project management platform already in production at Amazon — for TOM operations. The result will automate flash reporting, enable natural language portfolio queries, and give TOM leadership a single real-time view of portfolio health across all active initiatives.
