Job Description

We are looking for a Manager of Quality & Supply Chain Operations to lead our Team. This role would report directly to the VP of Operations and be responsible for the Quality of our Engineered to Order Product. We are hoping to find an analytically minded leader that has a passion for continuous improvement. Our Engineered to Order Capital Equipment is typically qualified by the customer using Measurement System Analysis. Our Team uses Mini-tab to conduct Measurement System Analysis, Gage Repeatability & Reproduce ability, ANOVA and MANOVA analysis. It is our hope that this person will lead the presentation of machine data to the customer and obtain customer approval to ship.

Additionally, The Manager of Quality & Supply Chain Operations would have strategic oversight over the supply chain with several direct reports.

This position is perfectly suited for a data driven operations and quality leader looking to take on a leadership role in a growing high science engineering & manufacturing business.

Essential Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for conducting Measurement System Analysis and encouraging Operational Excellence. Must be able to organize, refine and present BTI Machine Data effectively while helping to keep the Operational Resources running on-time.
• Leadership

• Quality Checkout of BTI Machine Orders
• Supply Chain Strategy
• Operational Procedures throughout the Value Chain, from Release of order to Shipment
• Effective Change Management Leader
• Responsible for Material flow and Information flow within the organization. Devise and implement specific strategies to drive operational improvements
• Organize and present BTI machine data to customers

A blend of Data Analyst, Operations Leader, and Critical Problem Solver.

Qualifications:
• Degree in engineering, statistics, data science, operations management, or similar
• 4 years previous Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Operations, Quality and/or supply chain experience
• 5+ years of successful operations experience in Automotive, Aerospace, or Similar industry
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills.
