The Corporate Development Project Manager plays a critical role in driving Bullhorn’s growth. You will support all facets of Corporate Development, focusing on managing the integrations of acquired companies.
As a Corporate Development Project Manager, a typical day might include:
-Supporting the integration of companies thru all workstreams
-Managing all integration project plans and advising management on integration status
-Trouble shooting migration issues that arise
-Working with both management teams to ensure acquisition success factors are met
-Provide general M&A process and transaction support pre acquisition
-Proactively engage with key internal partners to promote close collaboration and alignment during the integration process
-Create ROI analysis, prepare presentations, reports and analysis to business partners / senior management
This job might be for you if:
-You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
-You have at least 2 years of experience in Project Management in a business environment
-You have experience with strategy development
-Solid communication & presentation skills
-Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
-Strong analytical and modeling experience
-Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously, as well as deal with -ambiguity
