Optimizing the Inbound Supply Chain Network

Purina’s existing systems to track and control its inbound supply chain are spread across multiple platforms and require greater flexibility to adapt to on-the-ground needs in their factories. The Tauber project will focus on consolidating these data feeds into a user-friendly dashboard, and that will improve the company's ability to forecast and adjust their inbound supply chain for a key ingredient.
