Inventory Management and Operational Optimization in Forming and Shoring

The Tauber team was tasked with developing strategies to improve margins within the forming and shoring businesses in Atlanta. The project will implement new technologies (both physical and digital) to reduce costs and streamline processes. Then, the team will consolidate lessons learned to apply to other branches across North America.

Richard and Charlie worked as a team and with BrandSafway employees to successfully complete their deliverables and deliver efficiencies to processes and the bottom line. The detail and organization of their deliverables were clear in the report out.
