I am pleased to join SAB as the Academic Chair. As the Academic Chair for Section 5 I have already had experience working with professors and advocating for the academic needs of our class. I am excited to work with the Tauber faculty to ensure we have the tools and learning environment necessary to succeed.

I come to Tauber from a nontraditional background. Having studied Anthropology in undergrad I found myself drawn to the people side of business, and through my time at Danaher, was exposed to the power of lean operations tools. In deciding to pursue a business degree I knew I wanted to marry the people focused side of the business world with the lean operations tools from the manufacturing space to help organizations “People Better.” The combination of the Center for Positive Organizations and Sanger Leadership Center at Ross and the Tauber Institute for Global Operations made the University of Michigan the best school for me. I have enjoyed getting to know and learning with students across the Tauber Institute, and will further build those connections as your Academic Chair to ensure we are all getting the most out of our Tauber experience.
