Kristen Bryan, General Manager, Business Operations

Founded in 1975, Microsoft is the worldwide leader in software, services, devices and solutions that help people and businesses realize their full potential.

Kristen leads Business Operations, a 450+ person team in Reno and around the globe enabling fulfillment and revenue processing for the company’s largest commercial, OEM, public sector, and advertising markets. Kristen and her teams work with Microsoft Sellers and Partners to manage the company’s revenue pipeline from opportunities to invoice and, together, aspire to make it easy for customers to do business with Microsoft in excess of $80 billion. In addition to developing and nurturing customer and partner relationships and experience, Kristen’s team is responsible for building, launching, and maintaining operational programs and processes, ensuring Microsoft is ready to transact using the technology of tomorrow.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Kristen was with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where she was accountable for the Global Aruba H3C networking business. She also led the Americas GEO Sales engagement, including Order Management and Care, and she received HPE’s President Quality Award for process improvement. She also held international assignments leading China Joint Venture Business Operations and Asia Pacific Operations for Enterprise Services. Kristen served as an executive lead for their Women Empowered in Global Operations team, promoting opportunities for development and career growth in their vibrant community of women.

Kristen serves on the Industry Advisory Board of the Tauber Institute for Global Operations at the University of Michigan. 

Outside of work, Kristen and her family are avid fans of the outdoors and can frequently be found hiking, biking, and skiing in the surrounding mountains.
